Short version: I only collect what you type into the order form, use it to reply about your project and don’t sell or share it for marketing.

01Who is responsible
This website is run by Vasile Lupan, an independent web and mobile app developer based in Chișinău, Moldova. For any privacy question, write to me on Telegram.
02What data I collect
Only what you submit through the order form or the project builder: your name, the contact you choose (Telegram username, email or phone number), your message, the selected budget and timeline, and the project skeleton you assembled. I don’t ask for payment details or documents.
03Why I use it
To reply to your request, prepare an estimate and discuss the project — i.e. steps you asked for before a possible contract. I don’t use it for newsletters or advertising.
04Where it goes
The form is processed by a serverless function hosted on Vercel and delivered to me as a message via Telegram. These providers act as processors and may store data on servers outside Moldova and the EU under their own safeguards. To limit spam, the server briefly keeps a technical counter based on your IP address in memory; it is not stored in a database.
05How long it is kept
Messages about your request are kept for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards to follow up on the project, then deleted on request or when no longer needed.
06Cookies and storage
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser’s local storage only remembers interface settings you choose — theme and text mode. If analytics is added later, this page will be updated first.
07Your rights
You can ask what data I have about you, ask to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time — just write to me on Telegram. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Moldova — the National Center for Personal Data Protection; in the EU — the authority of your country).
08Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
